Description

The Club Sport Paddle Shift Kit from Shiftec is designed to allow for easy installation of an air shifter kit onto virtually any race car with a sequential racing (dog box) transmission such as a Quaife, Sadev, Hewland or Elite transmission.

Currently used is racing series like NASA, SCCA, SRO, WRC and Historic Sportscar Racing, the sequential paddle shifter kits have recently become increasingly popular with resto-mod cars with upgraded sequential transmissions. 

Some of the many benefits of a paddle shift kit are faster, cleaner and more consistent shifts protecting the engine to prevent over shifting as well as reducing gear wear. Up shifting at full throttle and downshifting with no clutch engagement allows you to keep both hands on the wheel (especially during cornering) and allows for left foot braking. 

Developed for both club and semi-pro motorsport levels, the Shiftec Club Sport Paddle Shifter Kit includes the following as a universal paddle shift kit that uses a drive by wire throttle control.

The Club-Sport Shift Kit Includes:
Compact Compressor – A powerful and consistent compressor to provide constant air for the paddle shift system.
Accumulator – A custom fabricated air storage vessel to maintain constant air supply for the paddle shift kit.
Gear Shift Servo – The gear shift actuator with adjustable rod ends to fit on most applications.
Pair Of Single Function Paddles – Small 60mm single action carbon fiber shift paddles that are magnetically assisted for a clean and crisp feel.

Dash 4 Air Hose Dash 4 Fittings
USB key with quick start guide, manual and applicable software.

If your racecar uses a drive by cable throttle, we can put together a custom paddle shift kit to meet your specific needs.
